Randall (Jarrett) Poff

Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Jarrett spent their early years riding the waves and enjoying the coastal lifestyle. However, a move to West Virginia in 6th grade led to a new adventure—trading a surfboard for snow skis and embracing the winter sports culture. This adaptability and love for new challenges have been central themes throughout both his personal and professional life.

With nearly 20 years of experience in sales and sales management, particularly in electronics and cell phones, Jarrett has developed a deep expertise in driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and building lasting client relationships. A former competitive Madden player, they know the value of strategy, teamwork, and consistently striving for improvement.

Outside of work, Jarrett is an animal lover with a special affection for dachshunds, often finding joy in spending time with their furry companions. As an avid golfer, they appreciate the focus and precision required in the game, much like the skills they bring to the sales world.
